Hello, journal readers, I've been at thought lately, and I've composed a new personal definition for the term 'understanding'. It can come from anything, tangible or not. But real understanding comes from your own abstract view of what you already know about your surroundings and the questions that cover you about what you don't. For me, it's about filling in the blanks to things we as people don't understand about our lives, physically or emotionally. Often, you'll find that what you don't understand can lead to great answers for anything that you might be struggling with.
